SW Stone Guide

Each and every stone used in a Samantha Wills piece is individually cut with the colouring and characteristics varying from piece to piece and from the image displayed. No two stones are alike making each SW piece as individual as you are. For further information about the stones we use, please read our SW Stone Guide below. 

 

What shipping options are available at SAMANTHAWILLS.com?

 Any orders of 3 or more items are eligible for free shipping worldwide. This will be automatically applied at the checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders so all 3 items must be placed in the same order. 

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Australian & New Zealand Standard Shipping Costs - $10

Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and payment verification. Once processed your order should be delivered within 48 hours by courier, depending on your location. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier may leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

International Shipping Costs - $10

Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and payment verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. SAMANTHA WILLS will absorb any additional charges. Please contact us for more information. 

Can I track my order?

Australia & NZ - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please visit the MY ACCOUNT section of the website or refer back to your order confirmation email. If you experience any problems please email us at info@samanthawills.com.au with your name, contact number and invoice number. Kindly allow the time frames stated above before contacting our customer service team to follow up on an order.

International - Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. How can I make a return or exchange?

Please notify SAMANTHA WILLS by email info@samanthawills.com.au to obtain a Return ID number", or please call SAMANTHA WILLS directly. Within the email please provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from SAMANTHA WILLS, or delivery note and also a picture best depicting the fault if the product is faulty. A member of out customer care team will then be in touch to process the refund or exchange, as long as it complies with our returns policy.

Please note the product must be returned to SAMANTHA WILLS warehouse.

May I replace a stolen or lost SAMANTHA WILLS gift card?

Unfortunately SAMANTHA WILLS does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. Please note only one gift voucher may be used per transaction and each Gift Voucher can only be used once.
