I have to start this post with one an image from the original concept brief, the incredible PR & Visual Merchandising teams put together, to create this event. Even at conceptual stage it was breathtaking, but then to see it in real life was on another level.
Creating a ‘rug of flowers’ on the main display table & lit by vintage chandeliers, we wanted to create our signature bohemian luxe feel, but with a really chic polish. The new SAMANTHA WILLS bridal (Launching August 20) collection displayed in glass museum cases, amongst the blooms.
A separate area, saw our gorgeous models, wearing Jane Hill Bridal & Leah Da Gloria gowns, lounging Marie Antoinette style around the decadent (and delicious – I know, I ate it afterwards!) Sweet Blooms cake!
Handsome waiters roamed the room, offering guests glasses of Yellowglen Peacock Lane By Samantha Wills, chilled Mount Franklin Water, canapés, delicious meringues by Charlie Buckett & gold encrusted (seriously) hand made chocolates by dessert artist, Nectar & Stone – all served on decadent displays where included from The Vintage Kitchen.
Collection is available instores & online from August 20th, 2014. To shop the collection on pre-release, be sure to join the VIP Bridal register.
